How to recharge?

When your balance runs low, recharge your account using any of the below mediums:

  1. Debit/Credit Cards or E-wallet via Ncell Recharge Portal .
  2. Balance transfer from your nearest Ncell Centre, Pasal or authorized shops.
  3. Recharge cards bought from nearest Ncell Centre, Pasal or authorized shops. Follow the below mentioned procedure for recharge card:
    1. Dial *102*PIN number of recharge card# and then press the call button
    2. Dial 90012 and then enter the PIN number of your recharge card.
    3. Type the PIN number of your recharge card and send SMS to 90012.

Customer Lifecycle and validity on Main Balance

For prepaid customer, the validity or expiration date associated with main balance. Prepaid customers will be receiving full value on every recharge, meaning customer will get 100% of recharge value as a main balance. Prepaid customers can enjoy uninterrupted Ncell services as long as the main balance remains valid. Once the validity of the main balance exceeds, outgoing calls will be interrupted for 365 days. After 365 days, both incoming and outgoing services will be interrupted.
To extend the validity of  main balance, prepaid users need to do recharge their SIM. Ncell offers different validity periods for different recharge amounts. Below table shows how much validity is given on each recharge. By recharging with the required amount, prepaid users can continue to enjoy Ncell services without any interruption.
